Running Thursday to Saturday, 10:00 PM to midnight, Disco Lates is a late-night menu built specifically for the hours after dinner — pairing-led small plates matched with cocktails, made for lingering rather than rushing.
The late-night menu
The food is developed with TĀ TĀ Eatery, and it reads like a proper late-night snack list rather than a scaled-down dinner menu. Guests start with Disco Popcorn on the house — salted caramel, brown butter and curry spice — before moving into a menu of shareable plates:
- Pickle Plate — plum-brined seasonal vegetables, shiso furikake
- Canton 'Gilda' — Canton pickles, spicy tofu, quail egg, crispy seaweed
- Stuffed Picante Peppers — pickled picante peppers stuffed with whipped fuyu, cream cheese and chilli oil
- Bak Kwa — Chinese-style five-spiced beef jerky
- Cuttlefish Sausage — pork, cuttlefish and prawn sausage with Thai spices and Spam
- Lap Cheong Chorizo — grilled pork sausage glazed with rose spirit, honey and mustard
- 'Hummus' — creamy tofu hummus with zha cai and wasabi relish
- Disco Chicken Burger — deep-fried poussin, sweet-sour glaze, coriander, frisée and house burger sauce
- Fried Milk — deep-fried milk custard with golden syrup and condensed milk drizzle

The drinks draw on Chinese herbal remedies — osmanthus, sweet grass, shaoxing, melon — reworked into contemporary cocktail technique, so each pairing sits somewhere between a bar snack and a proper late-night dinner.
